August 1: Saturday: The First Fruits Harvest Celebration

Don’t forget: This marks the beginning of harvest season. Saturday night outdoor celebration on the Town Green.

In compliance with COVID-19 protocols, strict 6-foot distancing will be enforced. Face coverings are required. Potluck. An array of fresh-baked breads will be served (and also available for purchase).

August 8: Saturday:  Mermaid and Merman Dive @ the MacGregor Swimming Center

It’s been a sweltering summer. Open to all community children, 17 and under.

 

 

August 12: Wednesday:  Mid-week monthly meeting (on the Green)

New England Clam Bake

*reserve your place on the Green now – limited space available – masking & social distancing required*

*Main Street Parade  – Social Distancing and Masks required

 

September 12 & 13:  Memorial Park & Cemetery Clean-up

*Please bring your own rakes, gloves, and garden supplies

 

September 13: Memorial Park Monolith Area Prep

*A limited amount of residents are needed. Please contact the Beautification Society to check if your name is on the list*

 

September 13:  Daily Town Autumn Leaf Raking Begins

*headed up by the Comfort Notch Beautification Society – see Community Center for sign-up; CNBS insists all residents tend to their property first, then join town in clean up*

 

September 14: Monday: School Begins

Comfort Notch Elementary and Middle Schools: Limited in-person classes begin. Masks required for all children and staff

 

September 16: Wednesday: Mid-week Monthly Meeting (on the Green)

October 10: Saturday: Saturday Tales of Terror : Families edition (NH-focused): 6-9 pm

*This is a community event. Fall fare will be served for the price of $10 per person, and includes soup, sandwiches, coffee, cider and donuts. Provided by Ginny’s Diner*
